Suriya Reunites with Director Venkat Prabhu, Sporting ‘Rolex’ Look

Suriya, the renowned Tamil actor, recently had a reunion with director Venkat Prabhu, who directed the 2015 film “Masss,” at the airport. However, what caught the attention of fans was Suriya’s distinct ‘Rolex’ beard.

Director Vikram Prabhu shared a delightful picture on his official Twitter account, featuring himself, Suriya, and a friend after their meeting at the airport. Lovely catching up na.” Despite their previous collaboration, “Masss,” not performing well at the box office in 2015, fans are now expressing their desire to see Suriya and Venkat Prabhu work together again on screen.

What’s drawing particular attention in the picture is Suriya’s semi-long, thick beard, reminiscent of his character ‘Rolex’ from the 2022 blockbuster “Vikram.” While Suriya is apparently sporting this look for “Kanguva,” speculations are rife that he might be shooting for the highly-anticipated Rolex spin-off promo or first look. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s recent confirmation of the character getting a spin-off has fueled these rumors.
