This year, Dimensions Mumbai has gained an influential advocate as Bhumi Pednekar, a renowned and versatile actress in contemporary Indian cinema, has been appointed as its Brand Ambassador. The competition is open to all participants aged 18 to 25 years, and it invites filmmakers to create short films with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, focusing on themes related to Mumbai city. The entries will be carefully reviewed by a distinguished jury consisting of industry experts, and the top three films will be honored at the grand Opening Ceremony of Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.
Previously restricted to participants residing in Mumbai, this year’s edition of Dimensions Mumbai has broadened its horizons, inviting filmmakers from all corners of India to partake in this cinematic celebration.
