Actor Akshay Anand is basking in the success of his debut music video “Ek Tu Hi Hai,” directed by Nishank Swami. Produced by Bhushan Kumar and T-Series, the heartwarming music video has captured the hearts of viewers, crossing a remarkable milestone of 10 million views on YouTube.
Expressing his joy and gratitude, Akshay shares, “I am filled with immense gratitude. Today, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible milestone we have achieved together – 10 million views on my debut song.”
Hailing from a business background, Akshay Anand realized his passion for acting during his late teens. He pursued a degree in Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMM) and initially aspired to become an international cricketer, representing his state in matches. However, fate had other plans, and a mesmerizing performance by Ranbir Kapoor in “Rockstar” inspired him to venture into the world of acting. Determined to make a mark, Akshay embarked on a journey of dedication and hard work, ultimately leading him to this triumphant moment.
Sharing his journey to the industry, Akshay reminisces, “On July 11th, 2015, I arrived in the city of dreams Mumbai, and ironically, my debut song was released on July 11th, 2023! It’s been a long journey with a lot of dedication and hard work, but it’s worth it.”
Grateful for the opportunity to work with director Nishank Swami, Akshay showers praises on the visionary filmmaker. “He’s the best, He’s a vision no one can come close to! I thank him every day for believing in me for this role and want to work with him on future projects,” Akshay shares.
Looking ahead, Akshay Anand harbors ambitious plans for his acting career. “I always wanted to act on screen as a hero in the Indian film industry as well as in Hollywood! I’m working hard on my craft to be an even better actor. Hopefully, in the future, I’ll deliver more standout performances,” he states with determination.
