Working with Soun Nigam in ‘Spotless’ was an amazing feeling says Shweta Rohira

Actress Shweta Rohira, who is excited about her forthcoming short film ‘Spotless’, has said that she had amazing time shooting for her short film along with singer-actor Sonu Nigam.

Shweta Rohira was interacting with media when Tata Sky launched short format content with London’s Shorts TV along with actress Radhika Apte on Tuesday in Mumbai.

Talking about her upcoming short film, Shweta Rohira said, “I am excited because my short film is releasing called ‘Spotless’ which is with Sonu Nigam sir and it has been directed by Saurabh Pandey.”

Sharing her experience working in ‘Spotless’ Shweta Rohira said, “It was really nice experience for me but at the same time, we have made short film for a social cause so, when you make a film on a certain cause then you feel that if it can bring change in the life of few people then also we have accomplished our objective. Working with Sonu Nigam sir was an amazing feeling because he is a legend. We all have enjoyed his songs over the years so, when you get an opportunity to perform with him that time, I felt very happy.”

Talking about TATA sky’s new venture Shweta Rohira said, “I am very excited that TATA sky is launching a channel especially for short film because most of the times, we aren’t aware that a certain short film has released so, finally there is a platform where we can watch all short films. We belong to millennial generation and we have very less attention span so, whenever we are travelling somewhere during that time, we can quickly watch a short film.”

Direct-to-home television company Tata Sky Ltd announced a partnership with Shorts TV, a London-based television channel dedicated to short films. Tata Sky ShortsTV will act as a convenient destination that ensures only premium quality content exists.

The newly launched Tata Sky ShortsTV will come for a subscription rate of Rs. 75 per month besides being available on the Tata Sky website and mobile app.

It houses about 2,000 titles in languages like English, Hindi and Tamil and from countries like Britain, Latin America, Russia, Germany and France, running into 600 hours.
