Actress Niharica Raizada says that with her first big release, Total Dhamaal, she has entered the coveted 100 crore club, she is feeling blessed and it’s just a beginning.
Total Dhamaal took a great start at the box office, there has been no looking back for multi-starring ensemble with names like Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and many more. The film made money not just in India but also globally.
Making a mark at the global map, the film has reached the prestigious 100 crore milestone. Talking about entering the club, Niharica said, “I am feeling blessed and it is just a beginning for me. I have entered coveted 100 crore club with my first big release. I couldn’t have asked for a better start”
Despite having a small role, which Niharica says was a conscious choice, she made her presence felt with sheer craft and stunning looks. She said, “Opting for a smaller role was a conscious decision for me. I wanted to make a big impact in lesser screen time, which would prove my craft-ship and talent. It challenged my inner actor and my hard work showed. People loved my role and I am getting calls, messages and praises for it”
When asked Niharica how her life has changed after being part of a successful film, she said, “After success of ‘Total Dhamaal’, I am getting some interesting and exciting film offers and I feel that’s the biggest achievement for an artist. I feel really proud when I tell people that my film did 100 crore and it’s a really big thing for me”
Niharica took her training in acting from New York Film Academy. She is trained in western classical music and ballet. She was crowned Miss India UK 2010 and was also the first runner-up of Miss India Worldwide 2010. She was at ranked in the list of Times 50 Most Desirable Women of 2013.
