Teena Singh will next be seen in the film “Kabir Singh” with Shahid Kapoor.


The Nescafe girl Teena Singh is now the vaseline girl. She is an actor who is seen in web series, films, and advertisements.

She completed her career in PR and events before acting happened. Teena decided to move to Mumbai and started getting calls for ads and print shoot. The rest, as they say, is history.

Teena kicked off her career in the ad film industry with Vicks where she played a tattooed short hair girl and that started a trend of short pixie hair in Indian advertising. Her career started gaining momentum and she worked on brands such as Asian Paints, Lakme, Samsung, Tata Safari, Pepperfry, Elle 18, Tata Docomo, Ajio, Kotak Mahindra, Panasonic etc. She was the face of Kotak Mahindra which followed by timesjobs and Nescafe as her landmark appearances in the ad film industry. She recently did a campaign for Vaseline and she is the first brown girl for a beauty brand in India as Vaseline has taken a big step in breaking stereotypes of in India. You can see her in billboards all over the country right now 

Her big break came in the film Akira where she played a poignant character Nikki and shared screen space with Sonakshi Sinha. She was also a part of the film Fitoor.  She started getting offers from the digital platforms aka the web industry and she worked on the finite series such as 13 Mussourie, Bar Code, Hankaar, Sense 8. 

She featured in the international Netflix finite series directed by Wachowski Brothers who were the creators of “The Matrix”. She played the lead in the Anirudhha Roy Choudhary directorial Parchaayee which aired on Zee5 and gas been very well received.

She is currently working on her next film, “Kabir Singh” with Shahid Kapoor. The film is a remake of the superhit Telugu film “Arjun Reddy” featuring Vijay Devarakonda and is being directed by the same director, Sandeep Vanga who directed the original. 

She is also doing a mythological film in a completely different avatar this year on the big screen. These are two big Bollywood releases that Teena has got lined up in 2019. We wish her all the luck.
