Shamita Shetty made a comeback last year with her web debut 'The Black Widows' which is currently streaming on ZEE5. Her film 'The Tenant' which is yet to be released is finally making a screening at Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles for 1 week from May 20- May 27.

The 'Zeher' actress shared the news and wrote, " So happy that you guys will finally watch my film THE TENANT soon . but first..THIS WEEK, our film THE TENANT is available to all Californians and Indians for seven days starting Thursday, May 20th at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles - online only!

The film will be released in India soon. This week it is screening online at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles. It is a film about a mysterious woman who has moved into a traditional housing society. The trouble she makes to society forms the story of the film. The film stars Shamita in lead role with Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Sheeba Chaddha in supporting roles.  The film is directed by Sushrut Jain.
