IIFA 2022: Vicky Kaushal’s 'Sardar Udham' becomes the top winner
Vicky Kaushal, starring "Sardar Udham," won three awards in the technical category, such as cinematography and editing, and the highest award at the IIFA Rocks 2022 Ceremon. At Etihad Arena, part of the Yas Bay Waterfront on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, an annual ceremony was held to recognize the best technical talent in the Hindi film industry.
Shoojit Sircar's "Sardar Udham" followed Avik Mukhopadhyay’s Best Camera, Chandrashekhar Prajapati's Best Editing, NY VFXwaala’s Best Special Effects (Visual), Edit FX Studios, Main Road Post Russia, Super8 / BOJP Home. This is followed by Anand L. Lai's "Atrangi Le" with Dhanush, Sara Ali Khan, and Akshay Kumar, with the best choreography of "Chaka Chak" (Vijay Ganguly) and AR Rahman. Won 2 wins in the background score. Other winners include Sidharth Malhotra led Vikram Batra's biography Shershaah, which won the Best Screenplay Award at Sandeep Shrivastava.
The drama "Tapped" starring Tapsee Pannu wins the best dialogue trophy between Anubhav Sinha and Murunmai Lagu, and Ajay Devgn's hit action drama "Tanhaji: Unsung Warrior" is Rockan Kanvinde's best sound. Received the design award. Kabir Khan's '83' is a drama about the 1983 World Cup title of the Indian Cricket Team and won the Best Audio Mixing Award from Ajay Kumar PB and Manik Batra.
