Mental Pollution in simple words is distraction from your focus which leads to stress, anxiety and tension in life. Sounds similar to everyone! Yes, we all are prone to this most treacherous form of pollution which has very quietly made its way to our bedrooms, living rooms, work areas and almost every part of our lives.
With the technology making advancement each day, every type of information is accessible to us at our finger tips. This information is proving to be the main mental pollutant which contaminates our minds and affects our productivity. We have a tornado of information available to us which deviates us from our decision making and learning process.
Like our society is working out ways to curb water, air and noise pollution, the need of the hour is to work on curbing Mental Pollution as well. As we say healthy environment is a necessity for a healthy life, same way healthy content is necessary for healthy mind.
All of use various filters before we post a picture on social media. Same filters need to be used while choosing the right and healthy content for the mind.
As it is said, “No food will ever hurt you as much as an unhealthy mind”, so keep your mind clean and healthy!
