Actor Kartik Aaryan celebrated Christmas on the sets of his upcoming action-thriller film ‘Dhamaka’ on Friday in Mumbai. As per news reports, Kartik and the team of ‘Dhamaka’ have been locked away at a hotel in Powai, shooting for the film in a bio secure bubble. The team had booked the entire hotel for 20 days.
It further stated that team of ‘Dhamaka’ would even be shooting in chroma setting, to depict outdoor scenes. Nobody was allowed to come into the bio bubble nor was anyone allowed to go out.
Sharing the picture of himself on his Instagram handle, Kartik wrote, “#ArjunPathak ki taraf se #Dhamaka -daar Christmas #WorkingChristmas”.
In the picture, Kartik is seen wearing Santa Claus headband along with a suit and posing for the camera with a broad smile on his face.
In “Dhamaka’, Kartik plays role a character named Arjun Pathak who is a journalist by profession. It is directed by Ram Madhvani and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amita Madhvani and Ram Madhvani.
The film is an official remake of the South Korean film ‘The Terror Live’ which released in 2013.
Apart from ‘Dhamaka’, Kartik will also feature in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ along with Tabu and Kiara Advani.
He will also share screen space with Janhvi Kapoor and Laksh Lalwani in Dharma Productions upcoming romantic comedy film ‘Dostana 2’.
