I don’t Feel I’ve Earned My Place In Industry As Yet Says Janhvi Kapoor

Debutante of Dhadak, Actress Janhvi Kapoor graced the Red Carpet of Lux Golden Rose Petal Awards last night here in Mumbai. During her media interaction, the actress said that she doesn’t feel that she has earned her place in Industry, as yet.
Daughter of Late Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, actress Janhvi Kapoor made her big Bollywood debut in Shashank Khaitan directorial Dhadak. The actress won an award for her performance.

Talking about being a part of the industry, actress Janhvi Kapoor said “I still don’t feel that I’ve earned my place in the industry, by myself so far. Yes, I did get a wonderful opportunity with my first film. I hope everyone like my work but I know I still need to do a lot with my career and work”
“God willing one day with a lot of pride I would be able to say that I’ve become a part of this industry but right now, I feel that I have a lot of path to cover”
Another star kid, Sara Ali Khan is making her debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Kapoor directorial Kedarnath, and as friend and audience Janhvi Kapoor is excited about the forthcoming drama.

Talking about Sara Ali Khan, Actress Janhvi Kapoor said, “I am really excited about it, as a friend and especially as an audience, I am excited. I have seen the trailer of the film and I have watched the new song Sweetheart, and I must say, she is looking so beautiful, she has so much grace and she is doing everything so well, I really liked it. I find the story of Kedarnath really interesting”

Lux Golden Rose Petal Award night was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and Janhvi Kapoor performed with Ishaan Khatter, marking her debut stage performance.
Talking about her performance, she said, “I am really excited; I will be performing on the stage for the first time and with Ishaan Khatter, who is a great dancer, so I am little scared. But we are performing on a song from our film, so I am excited too. Hope everyone likes our performance”

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor has signed her second multi starrer ensemble film, Takht, helmed by Karan Johar, the film is based on a fight to the finish for the Mughal throne, stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.
