Its time to meet our favorite four Damini (Sayani Gupta), Umang (Bani J), Anjana (Kirti Kulhari) and Siddhi (Maanvi Gaagro) from Four More Shots Please! Season 2. All four of them are back in season 2. This time the bond between them is stronger than the previous one. For your information these four are not only girls who are part of this series, even it’s written by Devika Bhagat Directed by Nupur Asthana, created by Rangita Pritish Nandy, Edited by Antara Lahiri means full-on women empower.
The season two starts quick recap of season 1 for those who forgot where the story ends at season one and season 2 starts with a drunk siddhi walking on the Galata Bridge at Istanbul, She called to Umang share her felling which leads to end with the re-union of all of them into the Istanbul.

Then the story begins, similar to the first season all four girls have their personal and professional issue which they are trying to solve with their own ways, the thing that I liked here is that the issues and situation created in the series are more realistic which are facing in our day to day life, body shaming, Trust issues in marriage, self-esteem at the corporate office, women harassment at work, which keeps you more connected to the story.
In terms of character development expect Siddhi all three characters are similar to what we saw in season 1, only Siddhi’s character has come out differently and Maanvi Gaagro has managed to justify the same with her talent. If I talk about the male characters series have Prateik, Milind Soman, Neil Bhoopalam, and Sameer Kochhar. All of them are on the supporting side as the 4 ladies who lead the show, so they seem for less screen time.
You might say that I used words like women empowerment, Male, Female and my review seems to be like or highlighting the feminism. But it’s relevant because the Four More Shots Please is all about a women-centric show that features urbane women. Where they have issues with society and they have to face the challenges based on gender bias-ness in society. Which you will get to know once you will watch the series.
What’s my view on the Four More Shots Please! Season 2
I personally like the concept of showing the bond between friends, like that we saw in movies like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Chahta Hai, Three Idiots because I feel more connected with these friendship stories and for the first time we saw a friendship bond gang of girls group. You should watch this series I am sure you will love this. One thing that I liked less is the emotional part of that come in the last few episodes, however, it’s a part of life and emotions are equally important as the happiness.
