The biopic based on Indian runner Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, clocks six years today and actor Farhan Akhtar marks the day super special by announcing one more biopic with the filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, based on a Boxer.
Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra collaborated for the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, a biopic on Indian track runner, Milkha Singh, also known as the Flying Sikh, Milkha Singh. As the movie clocks six years, actor announces his next collaboration with the filmmaker.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, which was based on the life of former Indian sprinter Milkha Singh, Toofan will be a fictional story. It has been scripted by Anjum Rajabali of Raajneeti fame.
Farhan Akhtar fell in love with the script and is very excited to collaborate with Mehra after a hiatus of six years. The actor will soon begin his extensive training in boxing.
Toofan will be produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their film production banner of Excel Entertainment in association with Mehra-owned ROMP Pictures.
