Director Sudhir Mishra says Rahi Anil Barve’s upcoming directorial ‘Tumbbad’ is an amazing film and he will turn out to become one of the best Filmmakers in India.
Mishra was present at the 9th Jagran Film Festival awards night alongside director Anurag Kashyap, Actor Swara Bhaskar, Varun Dhawan, Pooja Bhatt and many more.
When asked which film did he think were the best if 2018 he said, “I can’t name one best film of the year but I want to watch Pataakha soon. Raazi was a good film. ‘Village Rockstar is doing really well, and I am very happy to see people appreciating the film so much. There is a film coming up called ‘Tumbbad’. That is going to be a very good film.
I have seen parts of the film and I can tell you that it is an amazing film. The director’s visual style is something that I haven’t seen a lot. And he is going to be a very big filmmaker in future. Tumbbad director will become one of the biggest Indian filmmakers. ”
The 9th Jagran Film Festival jury member was asked his association with the film festival he said, “The film festival takes these film to all parts of the country and show case international cinema. There are different kind of films and filmmakers that have different visions and we find them only though such festivals.”
