Socially aware actress Jacqueline Fernandez has created a campaign to raise funds and necessary workforce to help rebuilt the flood struck Kerala and now Arjun Kapoor urges his fans and everyone else to support the cause.
Arjun Kapoor tweeted about the cause on his social media profile. He wrote, “Let’s not forget the devastation the floods have left behind. Let’s support #JacquelineBuilds & #HabitatForHumanityIndia in our capacity and help them rebuild Kerala… one step at a time…@Asli_Jacqueline @habitatindia”
Talking about the campaign, Jacqueline Fernandez wrote, “I am Jacqueline Fernandez, and I seek your support to help rebuild Kerala! Kerala experienced the worst floods in almost a century in August 2018, with thousands of families left distraught, without shelter and the basic necessities to live day to day life. The loss to lives and infrastructure has been massive, and from day one I was faced with the question of how to lend a hand in the midst of such widespread devastation”
“In 2016, I launched Jacqueline Builds in partnership with NGO Habitat for Humanity India in support of the families affected by the Tamil Nadu floods. This December 2018, Habitat India and I will be launching the second edition of Jacqueline Builds, to build homes for families who are affected by the Kerala floods. While the floods may be over, its effect on the lives of hundreds of families is still very visible”
So fans, if you want to help please donate or offer help!
