While speaking at San Diego Comic-Con, actress Danai Gurira may have accidentally slipped a spoiler about a character in Avengers: Infinity War.

During The Walking Dead discussion at San Diego Comic-Con Danai Gurira was asked which was tougher: Losing Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther or losing Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes? Her response triggered a question from Scott Gimple which was quite humorous. She starts off by saying:

“Woww! Wowww! Well, you know Infinity War, you know. We know that that’s its own thing. That’s a thing that you know is its own thing. That’s all I’ll say about that in terms of…”

This led to Scott Gimple remarking on how she made clear the differences between both franchises and a humorous response about how she implies Black Panther will return:

“Wait, are you saying that Thanos wasn’t successful?”

Her response says a lot but seems fitting considering the secrecy surrounding Avengers 4:

“I’m not saying anything. I can actually just not speak at all anymore, being part of these two franchises… do not speak.”

I’m going to be frank, this may not be as big of a spoiler as one might expect. We all know what happened at the end of Avengers Infinity War and we all know a sequel to Black Panther is inevitable.
