Black Canary DC Comics Birds of Prey Mission Impossible

DC fans have begun to campaign for Mission: Impossible – Fallout star Vanessa Kirby to be cast as Black Canary for Warner Bros. flick Birds of Prey.

Kirby plays the White Widow in Mission: Impossible – Fallout and immediately won fans over as the morally ambiguous and action-packed arms dealer. With vague rumors that Kirby is being looked at to portray Dinah Lance, also known as Black Canary, DC fans erupted in excitement.

As most with casting rumors, Warner Bros., DC, and Kirby herself have remained mum on the subject. Nevertheless, fans have taken their campaign online with many sharing tweets rallying for the Mission: Impossible – Fallout actress.
