Action Superstar Vidyut Jammwal has brought global recognition to Indian martial art form Kalaripayattu, an American website has recently released a list of top martial artists across the globe and Vidyut has found a spot in the coveted list.
Vidyut has finished shooting for “Junglee”, about a unique relationship between a man and elephants. Backed by Junglee Pictures, which also confirmed the news wrote, â€œ@VidyutJammwal becomes the only Indian to make his way to the list of top martial artists across the globe by #Looper! Baadshaho actor Vidyut also took to his social media profile and shared Tweeting about the same, he wrote, â€œOne doesn’t find balance, we have to learn how to create it, by knowing what to keep and what to let go #kalaripayattu #balancing fearlesslyâ€
The movie also stars Atul Kulkarni, Vishwanath Chatterjee and Makrand Deshpandein the lead roles.
The film is directed by Chuck Russell, who has helmed Hollywood films such as “The Mask”, “Eraser” and “The Scorpion King”. The movie is slated for 5th April 2019 release.
Jammwal will also star opposite Shruti Haasan in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ambitious film Yaara. Both are also together for Mahesh Manjrekar’s untitled drama.
