Actor Arjun Kapoor who is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming film ‘Namaste England’, said his stepsister Janhvi and Ishaan are in really good hands.
Arjun Kapoor interacted with media along with Parineeti Chopra and director Vipul Amrutlal Shah at the wrap-up party of ‘Namaste England’ on Wednesday in Mumbai.
Arjun Kapoor’s step-sister Janhvi Kapoor is making her Bollywood debut along with Ishaan Khatter in Dharma Productions film ‘Dhadak’, talking about Dhadak’s director Shashank Khaitan Arjun remained working with him in ‘Ishaqzaade’ and said, “Director of ‘Dhadak’ Shashank Khaitan actually made his debut in ‘Ishaqzaade’. Very few people know about this, he danced with me in ‘Hua Chokra Jawan Re’ song.
I feel he is a really nice director. Ishaan Khatter was superb in ‘Beyond the Clouds’ and I am hoping the audience will give the same amount of appreciation and love to Janhvi as they have given to all other members of our family. Ishaan and Janhvi are really in good hands so, I hope everything will be good with them and rest depends on the audience”
Sharing his view on ‘Dhadak’s trailer and the buzz it is reacting, Arjun said, “I am very proud and happy because we as debutants know how important it is to get the correct team for your debut film. There are lots of actors who get launch in this industry but not every actor’s debut film get good reception and with the presentation of ‘Dhadak’, I am getting a feeling that they have made a good film.”
‘Namaste England’ is romantic comedy film directed and co-produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The film is the sequel to the Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer 2007 film ‘Namastey London’.
The film will see Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra teaming up for the third time after the 2012 film “Ishaqzaade” and yet to release 2018’s ‘Sandeep our Pinky Farrar’. The duo just finished shooting for Aditya Chopra ‘s ‘Sandeep our Pinky Farrar’.
The film stars Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in lead roles. It is scheduled for a worldwide release on 19 October 2018.
