Superstar Salman Khan along with Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Neelam who were involved in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case are in the city of Jodhpur for the final verdict today.

Action superstar Salman Khan is accused of killing two blackbucks in Bhagoda ki Dhani in Kankani village near Jodhpur on the intervening night of October 1-2, 1998. He was in Jodhpur then along with his co-stars to shoot Sooraj Barjatya’s movie Hum Saath Saath Hain.
Salman is facing charges under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and the other actors have been charged under Section 51 read with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code. The maximum punishment under Section 51 is six years.
If the actors are convicted in this case, that would severely jeopardize the future of the actors and their upcoming projects.

Salman Khan is currently busy with Remo D’Souza’s Race 3, along with Atul Agnihotri directorial Bharat and Ali Abbas Zafar’s next. The actor has also shot for the third installment of blockbuster franchise Dabangg co-starring Sonakshi Sinha.

Saif Ali Khan has a film titled Baazaar co-starring Chitrangada Singh and Radhika Apte slated to release soon and if reports are anything to go by, he has a film titled Jugabandi with Parineeti Chopra.
Tabu is currently promoting “Missing” also starring Manoj Bajpayee.
