Actor Anupam Kher, Manish Paul, and Mika Singh spotted on film set shooting a club song for their upcoming film ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ on Tuesday in Mumbai. During media interaction, Anupam Kher that it’s just the beginning for him.
Talking about his acting journey in the film industry, Kher said, “This is my 35th year in the film industry and this is my 512th film. My competition is not with my age actors. I have competition with Varun Dhawan and Manish Paul. I think when you don’t have fear of failure then he experiments the lot more. I don’t want people to call me as legend or thespian when people call you as thespian, it your time to pack your bags. I think it’s just the beginning for me.”
Sharing his experience working in the film, Anupam Kher said, “I am very happy that Mika Singh has lent his voice to our film. Manish Paul is brilliant in the film and this is a hilarious film. I really had great time shooting for this film and I hope people will have fun when they watch it”
Anupam Kher has lost 15 kilos in recent time, talking about his transformation Kher said, “I haven’t lost weight earlier but for this film, I saw that possibility because it’s double-edged role. One of it is old comedian father but later Manish character realizes that he is a contract killer so I feel to look visually different, I have to shed some weight so now, I feel it’s worked out very well”
‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ is a story of an honest common man Anupam Kher (who is the quite sheep) and his son, played by Manish Paul, (who is the black sheep). However, things get twisted when Anupam Kher tells him that they are a family of contract killer since 12 generations and Maniesh is the 13th generation who will now take care of the family business of contract killing. However, he further tells him that they don’t kill innocent people but Maniesh tells him that it’s not possible for him to kill anyone. We even see Annu Kapoor (the cheat sheep), Manjari Fadnnis and Kay Kay Menon (the smart sheep) in interesting roles.
Baa Baaa Black Sheep is scheduled 9th March, 2018.
