Kangana Ranaut was present at the Mr. India Finale on Thursday. Peter England Mr. India Title was bagged by Jitesh Singh Deo while Prathamesh Maulingkar won the title of Peter England Mr. India Supranational 2017. During media interaction Kangana said, we should encourage this act of patriotism among youth.

While on the Red Carpet Kangana said she believes such pageants too can be seen as an act of patriotism, while talking about the evening she said, “I have come here to congratulate the winners. This year we have won two international crowns. We have a lot of expectations from our current (today’s) winners as well. To participate and compete internationally in any filed is in an act of patriotism and we should encourage it.”

When asked what traits she thinks one should have to become the Mr. India she said, “The people who have chosen the winner they know better. All these young men present here have amazing presence, have an amazing persona and are charming as well and I am sure they are going to make us proud.”

Talking about Crown Winner Manushi Chhillar Kangana said, “I am a small town girl and have plated a Haryanvi in a film and I am very proud of Manushi’s achievements and of course Mr. World winner as well. She is definitely quintessential Miss World. She is a science student, highly educated, very smart and comes from a small town in Haryana which is famous for harassment and crime against women. She has made us so proud.”

The actor was last seen in ‘Simran ‘ directed by Hansal Mehta and produced by T-Series. Kangana will appear next in a historical drama Manikarnika presented by zee studios.
