Actress Shraddha Kapoor attended preview of fashion designer Ankita Chowksey’s new collection ‘Wayfarer’ on Wednesday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Sharddha revealed that she will start shooting of Saina Nehwal biopic only once she is able to play badminton really well.
Shraddha Kapoor next will play character of Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal in Amol Gupte’s film, so when asked her about status of that film, Shraddha said, “Actually, for Saina Nehwal biopic, I have to do lot of training so I think we will start shooting of the film only once I am able to play badminton really well so as of now, I am training for that film.
Apart from Saina Nehwal biopic, Shraddha also working in multi-lingual ‘Saaho’ along with Prabhas, talking about status of that film, Shraddha said, “I will resume shooting of ‘Saaho’ very soon.”
Talking about working with Prabhas in ‘Saaho’, Shraddha said, “It was nice working experience with Prabhas. He is really good human being and despite being a huge star, he is really down to earth and professional actor.”
Talking about designer Ankita Choksey’s new collection, Shraddha said, “Today is really special day as my friend Ankita is first time showcasing her collection and she decided to have me as her muse so I am feeling very happy for it. We know each other since our childhood so I feel very proud when your best friend is following her passion. I love her dresses and designs. she is a perfectionist and shy as well but I feel it’s ok because she expresses herself through her work”
‘whenever I request her to give me some outfits to wear then she sends that at my home so thankfully I don’t need to purchase anything from her. She designs her cloths with lot of depth so I hope I can do justice to her designs by wearing it. I just wish her all the best and all the success in the world”
Talking about their friendship, Sharddha said, “For us, everyday is friendship day. we have a group. Just now, we have came back after vacationing in Lebanon and Beirut so, we had lot of fun there”
Shraddha last seen in Apurva Lakhia’s ‘Haseena’ which bombed at the box-office.
