Every day is a children’s day if you are a parent says Saif Ali Khan


Actor spotted at Grand Cherokee SRT’s showroom on Monday in Mumbai where he became proud owner of Grand Cherokee SRT. While interacting with media, stated that every day is children if you are parent.

has two kids Ibrahim Ali khan and from his ex-wife Amrita Singh and one year ago, he and Kareena Kapoor became parents of Ali Khan so when asked Saif about his thoughts on children’s day, Khan said, “I think every day is children’s day if you are a parent. It’s not like only one day is special. I feel everyday is celebration and children are most important things in our life”

Talking about his new car, Grand Cherokee SRT, Saif said, “I am very excited to be here. It’s a beautiful car and its one of the jeep that I have ever seen. This brand in our family since very long as long as I can remember. My father used to drive it in Bhopal, we still have about 2-3 old jeeps. You will see lot of them in places like Bhopal which have open space. It was such a tough car that it would climb almost on anything like wet rivers or difficult terrains. This jeep had no problem climbing it”

“I think at its heart of it is classic , beautiful engine with lot of power and I liked the fact that they re-invented it and made it such a beautiful kind of modern machine which is very cool. The design is stunning. As an actor, I live in my car. I spend lot my travelling to various places so to have comfortable and safe car which is easy on tough road is a big plus. I am super excited to have this jeep because it’s all those things and all”

When asked Khan whether he will go on a drive with his little one , Khan said, “In this car, behind driver’s seat, there is seat for baby so going to get the first ride. I will gift this jeep to him on children’s day so I am very excited. I think will love this colour. It’s nice cherry red jeep so I have bought this car for him”

Talking about his fondness for driving Khan said, “We do have drivers . Sometimes drivers drive or sometime I drive. I don’t like traffic but I love driving Sometimes, when we drive to Pune or beyond Mahabaleshwar anything out of town, I might even take it to Pataudi. I do like driving but I usually drive at night or early in the morning”
