Deepshikha Nagpal – I support Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone

Deepshikha Nagpal was spotted at the launch party of the We-VIP premier club here in Mumbai. During her media interaction, Deepshika stated that she supports Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone.
Talking about raging controversy over historic movie Padmavati, actress Deepshikha Nagpal said, “I support Padmavati, I support Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Deepika Padukone, and everybody because one should look at the film as a film and it should not be linked with Political or any other agenda. We’ve seen SLB’s films, which has always been epic and beautiful, so I really want to watch the film and I’ve been waiting for it”
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmavati starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor, has been facing protests from various groups, including Karni Sena, for allegedly tampering with historical facts.
Deepika Padukone, who plays the role of Rani Padmini, has been threatened with physical harm. The actress and her parents have been given special police protection, as some politician has promised a bounty on her head.
Further adding, Deepshikha Nagpal called threatening Deepika unfair and wrong. She said, “On one side you talk about respecting women, and on the other side, you blame Deepika Padukone and threatening her, which is not fair. So my support lies with film fraternity and Sanjay Leela. This film will release and it will be a super duper hit. I’ll the first one to watch it”
On the work front, Deepshikha shared a little sneak peek into her future projects, which includes a big serial and movie titled Love in Goa.
“Yes, you will see me in a serial. I am not supposed to tell the details but it is a very big serial. And right now I am shooting for a film, Love in Goa, with Krishna Abhishek, Mukul Dev, and Rajneesh Duggal. It is a comedy film, so it was fun shooting with them in Goa, as they all are kick-ass actors” added Deepshikha.
Talking about the event, Deepshikha said she party harder than she works. She said, “I believe in work hard and party harder. I just got back from the shot and now I am here to party”
