Media should pay attention to privacy of film actors; Kriti Sanon comments on Ranbir-Mahira’s viral smoking pics

Actress Kriti Sanon named as brand ambassador of Nakshtra World’s Gili exclusive festive jewellary collection and she also walked the ramp for designer Archana Kochhar at IIJW on Saturday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Kriti advised media that they should pay attention to privacy of film actors.

Since last two days, Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan’s photos have been taking the internet by storm. The two actors were clicked bonding over a smoke outside a hotel in New York. It did not take too long for hate posts to be directed at Mahira. The Raees actress was trolled for smoking and wearing a halter dress, among other things, reacting to that, Kriti said, “I feel that we shouldn’t give much importance to trolling. If an unknown person talks about me then, I don’t get affected with that in my normal life but more than that we shouldn’t give importance to comment on topic like these.”

“I feel privacy of person especially of film actors get affected by social media but honestly speaking, Paparazzi and media put these kind of stuff and then it gets viral on social media so firstly, media should get aware that we actors are also normal human beings and we also want to live life on our own terms so I feel media should pay attention to privacy of film stats”

Talking about her upcoming projects, Kriti said, “Right now, I am only doing all my brand shoots and commitments that I couldn’t able to complete as I was promoting my two film back to back.”

“On film front, there is one film that I have signed but unfortunately, I can’t say anything on that because the producers want to announce it in nice and proper way”

“My character in that film will be really different and this kind of character I haven’t played in my career earlier and my look in the film is also completely different than my earlier films. Since, Bareilly Ki Barfi has done well, so it was my first attempt to something away from my normal zone. A world which I haven’t experienced and a character in which my audience hasn’t saw me earlier.”

“When people appreciates your work. I feel it gives you more confidence to go ahead and do something completely off and different. It’s really exciting and it’s the script I genuinely believe in so I am happy that I am part of it”

Talking about her love for jewellary, Kriti said, “I really like to war jewellary. I feel jewellary completes your look. If you wear small stud in ear or wear a ring it enhances your look. Personally, diamonds are favorite jewellary. Diamonds goes with every look and it uplifts your personality. Each girl like diamonds and I like the dedicate kid of cuts that Gili particularly has”

Kriti was last seen in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s Bareilly Ki Barfi along with Rajkummar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana.
