Saif Ali Khan would take Ranbir and Kunal Kapoor for a food truck dinner

Saif Ali Khan who is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘’ was present at the Trailer launch on Thursday. During media interaction, he said he would take Ranbir and Kunal Kapoor for a food truck dinner.

Saif who plays the lead role of in the film has also learned to cook himself when asked about his family and in- laws who are known as foodies, if they have had a chance to taste his cooking, Saif said, “They love food and Chinese food in particular. Ranbir and I cooked at (Uncle-in-law)Kunal Kapoor’s house because I think they didn’t believe I could cook a very good ‘Aglio e Olio’. If I were to take someone out to eat from a food truck I would take Ranbir and Kunal with no offense to anyone. It would be a guy’s night out.”

When asked about his favorite dish and if he cooks for wife Kareena at home, he said, “My favorite thing is Spaghetti ‘Aglio e Olio’- with Garlic and olive oil, I still can’t cook Indian food very well. Spaghetti is easy but it is also fattening, so my wife doesn’t let me cook it very often or she doesn’t eat it and I end up eating all of it myself.”

The trailer shows Saif as a great father in the film, he was asked how he finds time in his busy schedule for Taimur and how does he nurture their relationship. “It is an important theme in the film also, giving time to the important things in life. While working I would like to do 7-7 shifts if I can. That would be good so that I can see him early in the morning and when I come home I get to spend time decent amount of time with Taimur. If we shoot 9-9 or if we have the wrong shifts we don’t get to see your kids at all sometimes. In the earlier days, they used to shoot in many shifts and we couldn’t see our parents for a long time. So I think we are all more conscious about it now and we balance things.

I am still lucky I have some help at home; my wife and I try and balance it as much as we can so one of us is always around. But I guess some people can’t do that and I feel bad for them. You have to support your children as well, so you have to work. That balance is what it is about and it is the most important thing in life.”
