Tisca Chopra who was present at Inorbit Pink Power on Thursday said, exciting content in appreciated but it can’t be said that actors don’t influence the audience.

2017 hasn’t seen much success on box office suggesting the audience looks for content driven films then super stars casting, when asked to comment on the same Tisca said, “I think there is a slight shift towards highly fresh, new and exciting content but it can’t be said that actors don’t influence the audience. I think for me the ideal model is Amir Khan, he is a super star but he also brings great content. I loved Dangal, Tare Zameen Par, 3 idiots and now I am waiting for Secret Super star. This is something that I hope to follow, to do your best and give something different to the audience each time.”

The actress, producer also spoke about Inorbit Pink Power and becoming a producer, she said, “I think Pink power is a lucky platform for me, I said I wanted to become a producer here and I achieved it so soon so I think this year, it’s the release of our feature film, we have one short film and another film ready for international release. What I want is to make a commercial film which will present a tightly written script which shows something different to the world. Instead of showing anything in the name of commercial films, I think showing something entertaining and different will also be enjoyed by the audience.”

Tisca Chopra revealed the trailer for her upcoming movie, ‘The Hungary’ which is an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus. The movie also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Neeraj Kabi, Arjun Gupta, Sayani Gupta, Antonio Aakeel and Suraj Sharma in lead roles.

Tisca was last seen in 2015 Ghayal Once Again’ directed by Sunny Deol. ‘The Hungry’ will have its worldwide premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
