On Thursday, Bollywood celebrities attended special screening of Guest Iin London in Mumbai. Celebrities like Tanvi Azmi with husband Baba Azmi, Kriti Kharbanda, Kartik Aaryan, Sany Malhotra, Daisy Shah, Atul Kelkar, Ashiwini Dhir, Gurmeet Chaudhary, Debina Bonnerjee, Sonal Chauhan, Nushrat Bharucha, Rajkummar Rao, Milan Zaveri, Rukhsar, Mustafa Burmawala, Mukesh Chhabara, Elli Avaram, Aalim Kakim attended the screening.
Here’s what celebrities said about the film.
Tanvi Azmi – It’s a family entertainer. It has tongue and cheek humour without preachiness. This film will entertain you and it has some twists as well. I hope this film gets appreciated. I am doing comedy film after long time. All actors had good chemistry while shooting of the film and I hope it will reflect onscreen.
Kriti Kharbanda – I am very excited and nevous about the film. Many celebrities from the industry are coming to watch the film. We have worked honestly while making this film and I hope people will give positive response to our film.
Talking about her future projects, Kriti said, “I am doing film titled ‘Shaadi Mein Jaroor Ana with Rajkummar Rao which will be directed by Ratna Sinha and I am doing another film with Pulkit Samrat.”
Sany Malhotra – I have really great expectations from the film. I wish all the luck to Kriti and Kartik as I know the feeling before release of the film so I hope it does really well.
Kartika Aaryan – I am happy that people are liking the film from the reactions which I received. The emotional quotient of the film is making audience emotional that is the USP of the film. I am also going to watch the film for very first time so I am quite excited to watch the film.
Rajkummar Rao – I am expecting lot of fun and lot of fantastic performances from the film. Kriti and me , working in a film together so I am extremely proud to work with her and wish her all the best for this film.
Daisy Shah – It will be funny film and I really like the trailer of the film and Paresh Rawal is working in a film so I hope it will entertain the audience.
Talking about guest coming at home, Daisy said, “I really like to spend my time alone, I am private person and I am not a guest person that way”
Ellli Avaram – I am very excited for the movie and it is looking really good. I am sure it will be laugh riot so I am looking forward to see it.
The film is a comedy revolving around Kartik Aaryan’s character, who is in a live-in relationship with his girlfriend (Kriti Kharbanda) when Paresh Rawal and his wife (Tanvi Azmi) barge into his home as guests, setting off a laugh-riot.
It is directed by Ashwini Dhir and it is releasing on 7 July, 2017.
