Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh says any form of violence is wrong when asked about riots erupting in Delhi over CAA.
Actor Riteish Deshmukh along with filmmaker Ahmed Khan and actress Ankita Lokhande was seen interacting with the media on Tuesday in Mumbai for forthcoming action thriller Baaghi 3.
Talking about the pressure taken by youth to bring revolution, Riteish said, “It is very difficult to say what is happening in anyone’s life or what kind of pressure anyone is taking. We watch news on television about stone pelting, about violence. But we are not the one to decide what is right and what is wrong, under what pressure the youth is doing stone pelting, we can’t generalize it”
“I think all this is due to lack of understanding or maybe we are understanding, but are not able to explain. Because of this, such revolution is taking place today. Hence, I think it’s very important for us to understand each other. I always advocate one thing that any kind of violence is wrong” added Riteish.
When asked the reason of doing ‘Baaghi 3’, on this Riteish said, “The reason behind doing ‘Baaghi 3’ is the story of the film. I have done many films of two friends or three friends, but never did the film based on two brothers. The brothers who can go to any limits, one is weak the other one is strong. Though Tiger Shroff is playing my younger, but he is shown very protective towards me. It’s a very unique concept and this excited me a lot.”
‘Baaghi 3’ is an upcoming action thriller film directed by Ahmed Khan by Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Studios. The film stars Tiger Shroff, Ankita Lokhande, Shraddha Kapoor and Ritiesh Deshmukh in the leading roles.
The film is slated for 6th March 2020 release.
