Box Office: Salman Khan And Anushka Sharma’s Sultan First Day Opening

The much awaited film of the year Sultan has finally released. The film stars actors Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. Sultan was already assumed to be one of the first blockbusters of the year. The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is based on wrestling.

The hyped movie Sultan has started with its first day. The first day opening of the film is immensely high as it was predicted. Sultan has got a massive opening with 70%. The reason for the same is that the advance booking of the film was very impressive. Almost all theatres witnessed a good amount of bookings which made way for a bumper opening.

The film is running successfully in the areas of North and Rajasthan. Sultan has not only garnered huge numbers, but its collections are unbelievable in UP. The Salman Khan starrer film has not only impressed the masses in the stated areas but it has also made a mark in the areas of West Bengal and Mysore.

Salman- Anushka starrer film Sultan will undoubtedly be the highest opener of the year with such a large audience. Since the start of the year, most of the films have done a low business. Salman Khan’s Sultan might be the first blockbuster of 2016. The film might also cross the mark of 45 crore on its first day.

However, a lot also then depends on the reviews and word of mouth. The weekends will seemingly be fruitful for the film but whether the film is sustainable in the upcoming weeks or no is yet to be seen. Salman’s massive fan following will surely do wonders for the film’s collections.
